This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the employees’ job satisfaction at Dabaco Bac Ninh Trading Center. Cronbach’s alpha, EFA and regression analysis were used to analyze the surveyed data from 307 employees. The results showed that there were six factors affecting the job satisfaction at Dabaco Bac Ninh Trading Center in following order: job characteristics, working environment, income, relationship with superiors, trust in the organization, and relationship with colleagues. The research proposed some solutions to improve employee satisfaction at work, including improving the working environment, implementing a fair salary and bonus regime and reasonable allowances, creating good relationships with colleagues and superiors, and strengthening employees' trust in the organization.
