Objective of this study was to determine the effects of three biofertilizers containing P-solubilizing bacterial strainson growth and yield of maize cultivated on alluvial soil in dyke collecting from Chau Phu district, An Giang province. The pot experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design, with 13 treatments, 4 replications. Treatments included (i) 100% P, (ii) 75% P, (iii) 50% P, (iv) 25% P, (v) 75% P + Biofertilizer-1, (vi) 50% P + Biofertilizer-1, (vii) 25% P + Biofertilizer-1, (viii) 75% P + Biofertilizer-2, (ix) 50% P + Biofertilizer-2, (x) 25% P + Biofertilizer-2, (xi) 75% P + Biofertilizer-3, (xii) 50% P + Biofertilizer-3 and (xiii) 25% P + Biofertilizer-3. The results showed that application of 25-75% P combined with biofertilizer-1 containing mixture of Enterobacter cloacaeAG-VR-B-15, AG-VR-B-56 and AG-VR-B-43 or biofertilizer-2 containing mixture of Burkholderia vietnamiensisAG-VR-B-21, AG-VR-B-08 and AG-VR-B-10 and biofertilizer-3 containingmixture of E. cloacae AG-VR-B-15, AG-VR-B-56 and AG-VR-B-43, B. vietnamiensis AG-VR-B-21, AG-VR-B-08and AG-VR-B-10contributed to maintain plant growth as plant height, number of leaves and plant diameter as compared to 100% P. Application of biofertilizers CPVS-BL-1, or CPVS-BL-3 with 25-75% P reduction also resulted in higher yield in comparison with 100% P application without biofertilizer.

The study on maturation broodstock culture and artificial reproduction of yellowcheek (Elopichthys bambusaRichardson, 1844) was conducted from 12/2019 - 8/2020 at the National Freshwater Broodstocks Center. The aim of this study was to identify suitable foods for culturing maturation broodstocks, optimum hormone dose and appropriate incubation equipment for producing yellowcheek seeds. The results indicated that the use of chopped silver carp as food for culturing yellowcheek broodstock in the pond provided the higher maturation rate of broodstocks than using a food formulation consisting of 50% silver carp + 50% pellet feed and using 100% mixed pellet fish with 40% protein. Hormone dose of 60µg LRH-A + 10mg DOM/kg female gave the highest ovulation rate with the effect of hormones from 5-6 hours at 27-31C. Using Weiss incubators (Cycle tank) for incubating eggs showed a higher hatching rate (84.4%) and survival rate after 13 days (56.7%) in comparison with trays (68.7% hatching rate, survival rate 45.7%).

This study was to evaluate the effect of hypothermic preservation strategy on semen quality as well as the bacterial growth in antibiotic-free extender at 5°C. Diluted boar semen containing antibiotic were stored in BTS and AndroStar Premium extenders at 17°C while antibiotic-free semen were stored at 5°C. Sperm motility, proportion of abnormal spermatozoa and bacterial growth after 24, 72 and 120 hours preservation were investigated. The results showed that the boar spermatozoa preserved in antibiotic-free AndroStar Premium extender at 5°C maintained high motility above 75% after 5 days of preservation and did not significantly differ from the control stored at 17°C in extender containing antibiotic (P <0.05). The proportion of abnormal spermatozoa in semen samples stored in AndPre extender at 5°C was similar to the samples stored in BTS and AndPre extenders at 17°C (P >0.05). The number of aerobic bacteria in semen samples stored at 5°C in antibiotic-free extenders was lower than 103CFU/ml after 24, 72 and 120 hours preservation and did not differ significantly with samples containing antibiotic extender stored at 17°C (P >0.05). Therefore, semen preservation in antibiotic-free AndPre extender at low temperatures might be applied to minimize the use of antibiotics in livestock.

The study aimed to point out the advantages, limitations and causes and propose solutions to overcome those limitations when dealing with land complaints and sues (LCS), and at the same time to minimize the LCS in Bac Ninh city. Secondary data were collected from administrative agencies and the People's Court of Bac Ninh province. Primary data was collected from 65 officials and civil servants related to the settlement of LCS. In the period2016-2020, there were 142 land complaints and the rate of complete settlement of applications was 76.87%, while 23.13% were not settled due to complicated content. There were 44 first-instance trials and 8 appellate trials; 9.23% of people applying for a family registration certificate did not understand the law; 18.46% have not yet obeyed the law well. A part of human resources (24.62%) has not yet met job requirements. Applications must be submitted directly, which takes time and effort. Funding for appraisal of some complicated cases was still limited. The proposed solutions include improving the understanding and observance of the law by people with LCS; increasing human resources to deal with LCS; completing administrative procedures, financial investment for solving LCS; completing the formulation, appraisal and implementation of compensation, support and resettlement plans.

The objective of this study is to build a regression model for application in determination of residential land price close to the market price. Determination of residential land price is an important tool to solve the problems of land price management, land financial management. Therefore, land management in general and land price management in particular, the determination of residential land price is always the top concern. This study used the method of land valuation using the regression model to determine the price of residential land in the study area; to help determine the land price close to the market price for an entire area or an area quickly and relatively accurately. 200 samples were collected in Nghi Tan ward, Cua Lo Town, Nghe An province to build a regression model of residential land price. From the regression model, a series of residential land prices were determined, thereby a map of land prices in market prices was constructed to serve the development of land price policies and the state management ofland prices.

Our research was conducted to design and manufacture an automatic monitoring and warning system for shrimp ponds using three environmental parameters including pH, DO concentration, and salinity. Different from the manual measurement with KIT sets, hand-held meters requires many workers, or automatic monitoring of sensor network with nodes located in each pond often has a high cost, this study proposed the use of a measuring station to remotely monitor the water environment of ponds through an application installed on the smartphone. Water samples of ponds were pumped in turn to the measuring station, where parameters were determined, processed, and sent to the monitoring interface on a smartphone, and at the same time, providing timely warnings to the manager via text messages when these parameters are outside the allowed threshold. This research is not only applicable to the shrimp pond environment but also widely applicable in aquaculture. This is also an open direction in the application of automation in agricultural production. It is also possible to develop a monitoring system, automatic data storage of the pond environment, contributing to making the most effective management plan.

The goal of this study was to design and fabricate sectional screw flight bending and forming machines for manufacturing screw flights applied in real production. This machine was designed to be suitable for small production scale. The principle of the machine was calculated and chosen based on theoretical research and the structure of current mechanics. Autodesk Inventor software was utilized for designing mechanical parts and components and assembling the slicer. Based on the drawing, this machine was fabricated using available materials. The operating process of this machine shows that the machine can form screw flights made from the metal plates with a maximum thickness of 3 mm. In addition, the machine could form a metal plate draft approximately 150 mm in width. Some experiments indicate that this machine worked relatively well.

This study aimed to determine the influence of some aeroponics-growing factors such as: conductivity (800 µS/cm, 1,000 µS/cm, 1,200 µS/cm), temperature (15C, 20C, 25C, Control (27-29C))of the nutrient solution and the number of nodal of the cuttings (1 nodal; 2 nodal; 3 nodal) on the rapid multiplication and growth of the local medicinal plant jiaogulan Gynostemma Pentaphyllum(Thunb.) Makino. The results showed that it was possible to use aeroponics system for multiplication of Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb.) Makino by cuttings. The nutrition solution SH1 with EC of 1,000 µS/cm was the optimal nutrient for rapid multiplication in terms of shoot induction. The nutrient solution should be maintained at 25C. 2-3 nodal cuttings at middle age were suitable for multiplication. The above propagation protocol yielded the shoot multiplication rate of 16.48-18.48 times/mother plant/35 days. The plantlets derived from cuttings grew well on aeroponic system. Highest biomass yield was obtained when SH1 solution with EC of 1,200 µS/cm was used.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors affecting the leadership capacity of agricultural enterprise CEO in Ha Noi.In this study, 70 agricultural enterprise CEOand 140 of their subordinates were interviewed.By applying Cronbach's alpha method, Exploratory Factor Analysis, regression analysis, this research showed that the most influential factor belongs to the directors-themselves; followed by the subordinates' characteristics; the operating environment and organizational characteristics.

The study evaluated consumers' willingness to accept prices for safe pork in Gia Lam district by comparing and applying two models (Multinomimal logit regression - MNL and Order logit regression - OLR) to estimate the factors affecting price willingness. Using the Cluster Convenient sampling, the research surveyed 90 consumers about the willingness to accept prices of consumers in Gia Lam district. The willingness to pay for safe pork in Gia Lam district was significant with the large proportion to pay at 20% or 30% higher price than for conventional pork. Both the MNL and OLR models were significant when explaining the willingness to pay for pork in a case study in Gia Lam. According to the estimation results of the MNL model, at the price of 20% compared to conventional pork, we found some statistically significant factors that affected the willingness to pay for pork are age and educational level, income of respondents. At the price of 30% higher than the conventional meat, statistically significant factors were age, belief in food -safety and awareness of health; at a price of 50% higher than conventional pork, statistically significant factors are education, belief in food -safety and awareness of health, gender, age, income, education. The OLR model estimated results showed that variables including gender, age, occupation, income, education, belief in food -safety and awareness of health were statistically significant. Evaluating the predictive accuracy of the two models showed that the MNL model has higher accuracy than the OLR model.

This study aims to measure the effects of corporate social responsibility on the engagement of employees working in tourism service firms in Can Tho city. Using a regression model with survey data ofstaff working in tourism service businesses in the city, Can Tho. Check the reliability of the scales before conducting factor analysis. As a result of reliability testing by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient show that most of the scales are arrcurate scales and this scale is used because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is greater than 0.6 and the total correlation coefficient are all greater than 0.3, so the reliability is achieved. The regression results show that three are three factors affecting employee engagement: (1) social responsibility for stakeholders; (2) social responsibility for employees; (3) social responsibility for the Government, local authorities.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors affecting the intention to cooperatebetween farmers and enterprises in Dang Xa commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi. The data were collected from 105households producing safe vegetables. The study used factors in the model Theory of Planned Behavior and variance analysis. Research results showed that all the above-mentioned factors and production scale, farmers’ whether or not to join the association affecting the intention to cooperate between farmers and enterprise. Since then this research proposed some solutions to promote the intention to cooperate between farmers and enterprises.

The farm with the outstanding features of large-scale agricultural commodity production, fully participating in input-output markets has been identified as one of the important economic organizations to restructure the agricultural sector industry, increasing competitiveness for sustainable agricultural development. However, lack of financial capital makes farm owners difficult to expand. Credit and access to credit were identified as the important and decisive solutions for farm development. This article reviews the theoretical and practice for farm development and identifies influencing factors in order to generalize proposed solutions to increase access to credit for farm owners and to propose solutions to help farm owners overcome difficulties in access to credit for the developmentof farm production scale in the coming time.

Vocational training for rural laborers plays an important role in transforming the labor structure, the economic structure, contributingto the implementation of plans for socio-economic development, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and social security assurance. The objective of the article was to synthesize theoretical and practical issues about improving the quality of vocational training for rural laborers. The study analyzed 3 factors of the quality of vocational training and 7 factors influencing the quality of vocational training for rural laborers, including system of policies and strategies; organization and management system; the degree of openness of the vocational training system; teacher; infrastructure; financial resources and budget; quality assurance. In addition, the study has synthesized typical practical bases related to vocational training in the country and internationally, thereby drawing lessons from experience in Vietnam.
