Land price zone in rural areas was built for two main types of land: agricultural land and rural residential land. The study used mass-appraisal method from the land price regression model combined with spatial interpolation analysis to calculate the continuous values for the whole study area. Land price data were collected through survey using current market price, while the impact factor data were measured from spatial data analysis. Rural residential land price model consisted of 9 variables with type of contiguous road, the distance to contiguous road and the distance to market as the main factors. Agricultural land price model consisted of 6 variables with the main factors of land use type, the distance to main road, and the distance to water source. Based on the above two models, land price zone was established for 10 different sub-areas of the study area.
