TheprocessoflandaccumulationhasoccurredinNamDinhprovinceinrecentyears, in which farm production has dominated.This study focuses on analysing the situation of land accumlation for these farms in 3 districts namely Hai Hau, Truc Ninh, and Y Yen. Usingparticipatoryapproachmethod,thisstudycollectedinformationonsituation,andfactorsaffectinglandaccumulationprocessoflarge-andsmall-scalefarmsinNamDinhprovinceinrecenttimes.Thisstudyappliedconventionalstatisticalmethodstoanalysethesituationoflandaccumulationaccordingtothedifferentlandaccumulationmodelsandstakeholders.Basedonthesurveyresults,thepaperproposessomerecommendationstopromotelandaccumulationforagriculturalandaquaculturalproductionsinNamDinhprovince.

ThestudyaimstoestimatethesituationoffruitproductioninSonLaandanalyzetheadvantageanddisadvantageindevelopingfruitproduction;Hence,tosupportthesolutionstosustainabledevelomentoffruitinSonLaprovince.TheresearchusedsecondaryandprimarydatatoanalyzethestatuscurrentoffruitproductioninSonLaprovince.Theresearchmethodologysuchasdescribedstatisticalanalysis,comparative,forecastingtoassessthedevelomentoffruitareainSonLaprovince.TheresultsshowthatSonLaprovincehas58,824haoffruitsandthetotaloutputaround220,304tonsin2018.Meanwhile,theprovince’sagriculturesectorplantargetedat100,000haand1,100,000tonsoffruitsby2020.Theareaoffruitsincreased35.6%inthe2015-2018period.MocChau,YenChau,MaiSon,SongMa,MuongLaandThuanChaudistrictswereconcentratedfruitproductionareaswithcomparativeadvantages.Themainfruitsincludedmango,longan,banana,avocado,Taiwancrabapple,dragonfruitandpassionfruit.TheexportvalueofmainfruitproductsreachedoverUSD13.9million2018.Theactorssuchascooperatives,enterprisesandpeoplewerecloselylinkedinthedevelopmentoffruitsinSonLaprovince.Therewere41fruitcooperativesmeetingVietGAPstandardsand228hagrantedplantingcodesintheprovince.However,thedevelopmentoffruitsinSonLaprovincefacedseveraldifficultiessuchasdividedterrainconditions,slopeland,unprdictableweather,andlowproductionlevelofpeople.Tosustainabledevelopfruitproduction,SonLaprovinceneedstosimultaneouslyapplyeconomicandtechnicalsolutions,namelyplanningtheconcentratedproductionareas;applicationofscientificandtechnicalmeasurese inharvestandprocessing;formallinkageofactorsfromproductiontoconsumption;tradepromotionandproductadvertissment;andimprovementofpeople’stheproductionlevel.

Climate change, along with its negative effects, has taken place complicatedly; especially for coastal communities. Thai Binh is a coastal province located in Red river delta where has been directly affected by adverse impacts of nature. This study focuses on three core issues: (i) Situation of livelihood coastal households in coastal areas of Thai Binh province in the context of climate change; (ii) Factors affecting coastal livelihoods in Thai Binh province; (iii) Solutions to improve the livelihoods of coastal households in the context of climate change. By using descriptive statistic analysis, comparative statistics, the study has shown the current situation of livelihoods of coastal households in the context of climate change, analyzing the factors affecting coastal livelihoods of Thai Binh province, since then proposed solutions to improve the livelihoods of coastal people to adapt to climate change.

Theobjective ofthisstudywas to identify thefactorsaffecting tourismdevelopmentin DongThapMuoiRegion.Thedatawere collectedusing 1,283questionairesfromtourists,staffandlocalpeoplewhowereworkinginthe tourismindustryin this region.Thedata were analyzed using Cronbach’sAlpha(Cronbach’sAlphacoefficient),EFA(Exploratoryfactoranalysis),CFA(Confirmationfactoranalysis)andStructuralequationmodeling(SEM)with the help of the SPSS and AMOS 20 softwares.Theresults indicated thatlinkage benefit was a new varibaleaffecting tourism development in DongThapMuoiregion. The study also suggestedthesolutionsforintegrated tourism development.

With the aim of evaluating the role of state management in freshwater aquaculture development in Hai Phong city, 136 aquaculture farms and 28 managers involving in freshwater aquaculture in Hai Phong were conducted. Statistical disaggregation, descriptive statistics and comparison were applied to analyze data and information. The results showed that besides some activities such as public service and production process management have been rather well-performed, other activities such as planning, management of input supply services and product markets were still faced with many shortcomings. In the coming years to develop freshwater aquaculture in Hai Phong, it is necessary to focus more on enhancing the role and capacity for local authorities at all levels.

The purpose of the study was to understand the current situation and to propose solutions for human resource management in pesticide trading enterprises in Northern Vietnam. The results show that the human resource management activities of plant protection business enterprises in Northern Vietnam paid attention and brought certain results. However, the implementation of activities is still limited, such as: not yet considering human resource planning as an important task, which requires short-term battles, difficulties in recruiting people, and training that do not pay attention to the needs of learners. should not bring high efficiency, businesses try to pay high salaries but have not created the effort and commitment of workers. The main proposed solutions include: Appreciating the work of human resource planning; proactively accessing recruitment sources and comply with the recruitment process; build a performance evaluation system for scientific workers; pay attention to the training needs to improve the qualifications of workers, diversify training methods and enhance evaluation of training results; defining clear remuneration criteria, promoting the role of non-financial remuneration tool.

Thispaperpresented thestudy resultsonthe situation and the proposal of policy suggestions for employmentcreation andincomeoffarmhouseholdsinQuynhPhudistrict,ThaiBinhprovincethroughthesurveywith144households(with306laborers)involved in landconsolidationandaccumulationin2018.The surveyed data was processed and analyzed mainly by using descriptive statistics and comparative methods. Theresultsindicated thattherewasnearly70%ofsurveyedfarmhouseholdsconsolidatedland(in2014);morethan35%ofhouseholdshasdecreasedlandarea,nearly60%ofhouseholdshasincreasedtheirproductionareasand5%ofhouseholdshasnochangeinproductionarea.The numberofunemployedlaborershassignificantlydecreasedto3.92%, mainlyintheageofover50yearsold.Therateoflaborershavingmorethantwojobshasalsoincreasedafterlandconsolidationandaccumulation.Therehasbeenanincreaseinlaborershavingtwoormorethantwojobsincomparisonwiththose beforelandconsolidationandaccumulation.The femalelaborersweremore likelytofindjobeasilythanthe malepartnersbuttheiraverageincomewaslowerinallagegroups.The majorityofsurveyedhouseholdsfaced difficultiesinchangingjobs.Thestudyprovidessomesuggestionssuchasattractinginvestmentanddevelopingcareerstocreatejobsforpeopleintheirlocalities.

Thieulycheehasbeenindicatedasthemainfruitcrop,whichcontributestoimprovingincomeandeconomicdevelopmentinBacGiangprovince.Today,therequirementsofincreasingquality,hygieneandfoodsafetyandhavingfriendlyenvironmenttheauthorassessedtherealsituation,identifiedinfluencingfactorsandproposedsolutionstodevelopThieuLycheeproductionwiththeGAPstandards.Thestratifiedsamplingmethodwasappliedfortheselectionof265lycheeproductionfarmhouseholdswhichappliedGAPand75otherNon-GAPfarmhouseholdsintwodistrictsbycaryingoutindividualhouseholdinterviews.Thedescriptivestatisticsandcomparativemethodwitht-Testwasusedin thisstudy.TheresultsshowedthattheareaofThieulycheewithGAPincreasedandtheaveragemixedincomeoflychee reached 92.8 million VND/hectare.However,thesellingofGAPlycheewasnotchangedmuchbecauseofhouseholds’shighdependenceonmarketpriceandlimitedawarenessofhouseholdsonGAPstandards.Therefore,measuresforlycheeproductioninBacGianginthe comingyearsshouldbefocucedonraisingawarenessandimprovingproductionorganization,strengtheninglinkagesandprovidingsupportstolycheehouseholds.

ThestudyuseddescriptivestatisticsmethodtoanalysisrelationshipbetweenagriculturallandfragmentationandcropproductionefficiencyoffarmhouseholdsinBacGiangprovince.Resultsshowedthattheagriculturallandfragmentationreducedtothecropproductionefficiencyofthehouseholds.However,foreachregionwhenhouseholdsusedintensivefarmingtoincreasecrops,theagriculturallandfragmentationdidnotreducethecropproductionefficiency(atypicalexampleisLangGiangdistrict).Hence,thegovernment’sland consolidationpolicyistherightpolicytoexpandthesizeofhouseholdagriculturalland,whichisapremiseforthedevelopmentoflarge-scalecommodityproduction.Therefore,itisnecessarytohaveflexibilityinimplementationbecausetheproductioneconomiccharacteristicsofeachregionhaveagreatimpactonefficiency.

This study aims to evaluate quantity, quality and structure of servicing ships for off-shore fishing ships in Quang Ninh province. BasedonthesecondarydatacollectedfromvariousdepartmentsinQuangNinhprovinceandprimarydatagatheredfrominterviewsof30on-sealogisticshipsand140off-shorefishingships,theresearchresultsshowed thatthenumberofon-sealogisticshipsinQuangNinhissmallandtheirqualityisstilllowthat is thus notmetthedemands foroff-shorefishingindustry.Asa consequence,rightaftertheharvest,theoff-shorefishingshipsmustcomebacktotheseaportsforfishmarketingandprocessingintimetosecurethequality.Thefishingdurationoftheoff-shoreshipsisthusquiteshortandthefishingcostishigh.Thefeasiblesolutionsforimprovingthecapacityofon-sealogisticsshipsaretheimprovementofsupportpoliciesformodernization,moreinvestmentfortheirfacilities,andservicediversificationforoff-shorefishing.

Theobjectiveofthispaperwas toassesstheimplementationofforestlandallocationpoliciesandissuanceofforestlanduserightcertificatesinDaBacdistrict,HoaBinhprovince, analyzethecausesandproposerelevantsolutionsforimprovingtheimplementationofthepolicy.UsingtheSocialAudittoolkit,thestudyshowed thata number of mistakes occurred intheimplementationoflandallocationpoliciesandissuanceofforestlandusecertificatesduetothelackofaparticipatorymonitoringmechanism.Theresolutionoftheabovemistakes was quitedifficultandneeds tobedonewithcaution.Thestudyalsoproposed thatitisnecessarytodevelopacommunitymonitoringmechanismforforestlandallocationandcertificationofforestlanduserights.

Thepurposeofthisstudywastoexploretourists' satisfactionanduse exploratoryfactoranalysistoidentifyfactorsthatinfluenced tourists' satisfactiontowardtourismproductsinSonTay-BaViTourismCluster,Hanoicity.Thestudywasconductedthroughasurveyof150touristsinthreekeytouristareasrepresentingthreetypesoftourismproducts.The5-levelLikertscalewasusedtomeasuretourists' satisfaction.Theresultsshowed thatthemajorityoftouristswerenotsatisfiedwiththetourismlandscapeandinfrastructure,onlytheservicecapacityoftourguides, operatorsandthequalityofaccommodationserviceswerequitepositivelyratedbytourists.Themainfactorsaffectingtourists’satisfactionare:(1)Therationalityoftravelcosts;(2)Thequalityoffoodservices;(3)Thenaturaltourismlandscape;(4)Thequalityofaccommodationservices;and(5)Thetourisminfrastructureandpopulation.Basedonthefindings,thestudyproposedsomerecommendationstoimprovetheleveloftourists'satisfactiontowardtourismproductsoftheTourismClusterinthecomingtime.
