Two experiments were designed to identify the effect of foliar fertilizer application on growth, development and yield of mugwort and Talinum paniculatum. Each experiment was arranged with 4 treatments (control; applying Komix; Dau trau 501; and growmore), the experiments were arranged in RCBD with 3 replications. The results showed that: spraying of foliar fertilizer increased the growth, development and yield of mugwort and T. paniculatumcompared to the control treatment. In particular, spraying of foliar fertilizer Dau trau 501 increases the height, number of leaves, the ability to branch, the net yield in both 2 plants (mugwort and T. paniculatum). At the 2ndcuttings of Mugwort, the leaf area index was the highest (3.9 m2leaf/m2of ground); individual leaves yield (19.3 g/plant) real leaves yield (23.9 quintal/ha), followed by spraying Komix and growmore reached 19.4 quintal/ha. For T. paniculatum, spraying Dau trau 501 obtained the shortens of harvesting time, the number of leaves, branches, leaf area index, the yield was much higher than that in the others in both 2 cutting times. In the first harvesting, the leaf area index reached 1.1 m2of leaves/m2of ground, the individual yield 19.5 g/plant and the real leaves yield reached 25.3 quintals/ha. In terms of aroma and taste, foliar fertilizer application increased the smell but less affected the taste of mugwort and T. paniculatum.
