    Tóm tắt


    Mục tiêu của bài viết nhằm tổng hợp các vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn, mối quan hệ và ảnh hưởng của phát triển du lịch đến điều kiện kinh tế, xã hội, môi trường sinh kế và tác động trực tiếp đến sinh kế của người dân địa phương; đặc biệt là mối quan hệ giữa phát triển du lịch và sinh kế của cộng đồng dân cư địa phương. Kết quả nghiên cứu, tổng hợp cho thấy: hầu hết các nghiên cứu và thực tế các mô hình phát triển du lịch trên thế giới cũng như ở Việt Nam không chỉ có ảnh hưởng tích cực mà còn ảnh hưởng tiêu cực dưới góc độ kinh tế - xã hội - môi trường và sinh kế của cộng đồng dân cư địa phương. Ảnh hưởng tích cực nhất của phát triển du lịch đến sinh kế đó là thay đổi sinh kế của dân cư địa phương từ chỗ chủ yếu phụ thuộc vào sản xuất nông nghiệp sang đa dạng hơn, và thu nhập cao hơn. Ảnh hưởng tiêu cực rõ nhất đó là sự phân phối không công bằng về lợi ích của người dân địa phương và các công ty phát triển du lịch; bên cạnh đó là ảnh hưởng tiêu cực của các tệ nạn xã hội tới văn hoá truyền thống củađịa phương.
