The goal of this study was to design and fabricate sectional screw flight bending and forming machines for manufacturing screw flights applied in real production. This machine was designed to be suitable for small production scale. The principle of the machine was calculated and chosen based on theoretical research and the structure of current mechanics. Autodesk Inventor software was utilized for designing mechanical parts and components and assembling the slicer. Based on the drawing, this machine was fabricated using available materials. The operating process of this machine shows that the machine can form screw flights made from the metal plates with a maximum thickness of 3 mm. In addition, the machine could form a metal plate draft approximately 150 mm in width. Some experiments indicate that this machine worked relatively well.
