    Tóm tắt


    Logistics thu hồi là chủ đề nghiên cứu ngày càng thu hút được sự quan tâm của nhiều học giả trên thế giới hiện nay, tuy nhiên tại Việt Namchưa có nhiều nghiên cứu liên quan đến lĩnh vực này. Vì vậy, mục đích của nghiên cứu này là cung cấp cái nhìn tổng quan về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới việc thực hiện logistics thu hồi của doanh nghiệp đã được chỉ ra trong các nghiên cứu trước đây. Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng này được phân chia thành 04 nhóm chính là các yếu tố liên quan đến chính phủ, các yếu tố liên quan đến khách hàng, các yếu tố liên quan đến xã hội và môi trường, các yếu tố liên quan đến doanh nghiệp. Nghiên cứu này góp phần giúp các nhà hoạt động có liên quan có một hướng dẫn hữu ích trong quá trình ra quyết định liên quan đến logistics thu hồi.
